Cathy and Tanya Rocca began their real estate involvement at an early age working alongside their father, Pat Rocca, who launched the Rocca family into real estate in the early 1950s. Leaving a lasting imprint on the Atlantic Maritime provinces, their father’s company, RGL Enterprises (Rocca Group Ltd.) enjoyed over a quarter-century of growth in construction and real estate development and has stood as one of Canada’s largest Maritime development companies of all time. RGL had planned, leased and managed more property than any other developer in Atlantic Canada stretching across commercial, industrial and residential projects. The driving force behind RGL’s growth was Mr. Rocca, who later was dubbed “The King of the Malls” by the Atlantic provinces.

Today, Cathy and Tanya are continuing the family tradition as two of the most respected, talented and sought after real estate professionals in the GTA/Southern Ontario.


A native of New Brunswick and commerce graduate from McMaster University, Cathy was ranked as one of the top business owners of a major franchise for 12 years running. A graduate of Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management at York University and Humber College, her natural enthusiasm for helping people, commitment to customer service and exceptional sales skills led her in the direction of becoming a business owner. With a passion for giving back to the community, Tanya has been active member of many foundations and charities where she has put her sales and marketing techniques to work over the past 20 years.
