DESCRIPTION

The East Mountain community is well-established, with most homes having been built between 1981 and 1990, and  just over 15% having been built fewer than ten years ago. The homes here are a mix of detached family homes, townhouses and semis, with single-family detached homes being the most prevalent of these. The area is heavily populated by young families, with over 35% of the population being adults under the age of 45, and over 20% being school-aged children. The average annual income per household is approximately $90,000.

This main neighbourhoods in this area include Macassa, Sherwood, Templemead, and Albion Falls, each of which consist of their own smaller neighbourhoods.
